It is in a great location for visiting Tallinn. The hotel restaurant is recommended. Pleasant stay.
Even if the stay was actually pleasant, the lack of an elevator was neither reported on the internet nor during the booking of the room. When we arrived, in the late afternoon of July 28th, there was no staff available at that time to provide the required assistance. Given the time we needed to open the bags for personal effects. In my specific case, as my wife is visually impaired, with serious difficulties, the absence of the elevator is an important issue: we could even preferred a different hotel. Imagine a person with a disability, even just a mother with a baby in a stroller. In a 5-star hotel the absence of an elevator, but also the lack to report this unacceptable.
